The Huntington African American Museum presents its inaugural exhibition bringing to light the life and legacy of Peter Crippen and his descendants whose presence and perseverance span more than a century.
Through artifacts, archival pieces, and immersive storytelling this exhibition uncovers a history that is both deeply personal and part of a larger American narrative. It invites us to consider the stories that have gone untold and the importance of preserving them for the future.
