
HUNTINGTON, NY – Huntington Town Supervisor Ed Smyth, the Town of Huntington and Huntington High School will host the fourth Town of Huntington Annual Army/Navy Football game on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The Huntington High School Blue Devils (Army) will face off against the Northport High School Tigers (Navy). Pre-Game events begin at 1:00PM at Blue Devil Stadium at Huntington High School, 188 Oakwood Road, Huntington. The Game kick-off will begin promptly at 1:30 PM.
Supervisor Smyth and the Town of Huntington’s High School Army/Navy Football Game event is played annually in honor of all Veterans from all wars.
Event Highlights Include: Veterans of all wars, a ceremonial coin toss, a patriotic half-time performance by Huntington High School Marching Band, a salute to the 2005 Huntington High School L.I. Championship Football Team, introductions of high-ranking military personnel and Army/Navy Recruiting booths featuring armed service members and vehicles.
There will be representatives from the US Navy and the US army at the event. The Huntington Veterans Advisory Board will also be present as the events official Color Guard, presenting the Country’s colors.
The day’s events will culminate with Supervisor Ed Smyth presenting the Town of Huntington Army/Navy Game Veteran Memorial Trophy.
