Stop by to connect with a peer mentor and learn about free programs and services available to Long Island Veterans of all eras.
Light refreshments will be served, no registration is required, and all are welcome!
Partnering organizations include the Joseph P. Dwyer Project, Northport VA Medical Center, Paws of War, Long Island State Veterans Home, Long Island Cares -The Harry Chapin Food Bank, Northwell Health, and the Unified Behavioral Health Center for Military Veterans and their Families.
