Cow Harbor Day – Free

Cow Harbor Day kicks off with a parade down Main Street followed by an afternoon of food, music, vendors, rides, games and family fun throughout beautiful Northport Village! 

SATURDAY:
Cow Harbor Day festivities begin after The Great Cow Harbor 10K Run with Live Music concerts in Northport Village Park and more!

Saturday, September 19, 2026
6:30PM – NCJO Big Band
8:00PM – Little Wilson Band
Lighted Boat Display after dark!

SUNDAY:
The Cow Harbor Day Parade begins at 12:00 PM at the Brosnan Administration Building on Laurel Avenue and travels approximately three-quarters of a mile down Main Street to Woodbine Avenue.

From 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Northport Village Park will be filled with artisan and business vendors, nonprofit organizations and live music at the gazebo. Visit the dock to see the decorated boats, enjoy food in the parking lot, and check out the rides and games provided by Newton Shows in the adjacent parking lot. Village shops and restaurants will also be open throughout the celebration.

At 2:00 PM, head to Northport Village Dock for the Crazy Boat Race. Participants will race homemade cardboard boats from the fisherman’s dock to the police floating dock. All boats must be human-powered, and participants are required to wear certified flotation lifejackets.
