Alive In Rhythm: Afternoon Drumming Retreat with Jim Donovan

An immersive afternoon retreat for people who want to feel clear, energized, and connected again. 

Join multi-platinum musician and Rusted Root founding member Jim Donovan for an uplifting retreat designed to help you get out of your head, back into your body, and reconnected with yourself.

Through beginner-friendly drumming, sound healing, rhythm-based mindfulness, and simple connective practices, participants will explore ways to quiet mental noise, release stress, and tap into the steady energy that rhythm can create.

No musical experience is needed. This is not about performing or getting it “right.” It’s about feeling better, opening up, and discovering practical rhythm and sound tools you can use long after the retreat is over.

Drums will be provided for those who don’t have their own, or participants may bring their own. Space is limited and seating is first come, first served. Free parking is available.
