15: Splish Splash — 9:00am – 5:00pm ($70)
22: Fishing — 11:30am – 6:30pm ($60) *Packed Lunch Only – No purchases
21: *Tiki Action Park & Lunch — 11:00am – 4:00pm ($55) *Must be 48 inches or taller
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO:
• A maximum of 4 spots can be reserved for each Adventure/ per transaction.
• You will be able to add multiple Adventures to your cart to make one purchase (new feature this year!)
• YDA utilizes Zeffy as a payment platform. The donation prompt at checkout will go towards Zeffy, YDA does not receive these funds added to your purchase – you may change the amount to custom, and enter $0 to avoid this added fee.
• When prompted, please list the first and last names of all youth for whom payment has been made.
• You will receive a confirmation/ thank you email for the payment made. Please refer to emails received for important information/waivers for each Adventure.
• A parent/guardian must complete a YDA permission slip before the Adventure. Failure to complete a permission slip within 48 hours of the trip will result in forfeiture of the spot without a refund.
• Each Adventure may require additional release forms.

• If an Adventure sells out, we will run a waitlist. Some waitlists will result in added spots. (Please contact YDA to be added to the waitlist if interested in a specific Adventure) (Community Impact Team & Drop-In are open to all incoming 5th graders).
• However, the waitlist will only be called if a cancellation is received with enough notice so as not to make the Adventure run late.
• No Cash Refunds. A non-transferable YDA credit, less a $10 per person/per Adventure cancellation fee, will only be granted if an Adventure cancellation is received at least one week before the Adventure. NO EXCEPTIONS. Credits are good for one year from the date of issue.
• There are NO REFUNDS/CREDITS for Surf Camp.
• All YDA Adventures are subject to minor changes. Unfilled Adventures are subject to cancellation and will be refunded.
• You must notify YDA of any special needs that your child may have.
• All participants must be able to function independently. Failure to do so will result in the participant’s removal from the Adventure.
• Transportation is by school bus, 10-passenger van, or charter coach bus.
• Substitutions are prohibited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All participants must leave and depart as a group. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parents or guardians are prohibited from following YDA Adventures in their vehicles.
