25th Anniversary September 11 Memorial Service – Free
Join the Melville Volunteer Fire Department as the community comes together to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and remember the Town of Huntington residents who never came home.
On the 25th Anniversary of the September 11 attacks, the Melville Volunteer Fire Department invites the community to a solemn memorial service honoring the Town of Huntington residents who lost their lives on that tragic day.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM at the World Trade Center Monument, followed by an opportunity for quiet reflection and the laying of flowers at the 9/11 Memorial Monument and engraved plaque.
All are welcome to join in this National Day of Service and Remembrance as we honor those we lost and reaffirm the enduring American spirit. Never Forget.
