All schools are invited to participate in the 2026 Red Ribbon Week Student Creative Contest!
Students ages 18 and younger are encouraged to create an original poster or public service announcement (PSA) that inspires healthy, drug-free choices.
Use art, storytelling, or your own voice to show what being a hero means to you. Your message might highlight making healthy choices, standing up for a friend, asking for help, or helping others feel included. Show how everyday acts of kindness and courage can build a healthier, drug-free community.
Be creative, use your imagination, and make your message your own!

Take Your Message Beyond the Contest!
With permission, decorate your school or neighborhood with red ribbons to raise awareness and encourage healthy choices. Invite others to join you, start a conversation, and remind your community that everyone has a part to play.
You don’t need a cape to be a hero. You can make a difference by caring for yourself and looking out for others.
Presented by the True North Foundation, Town of Huntington, and Town of Huntington Opioid and Addiction Task Force.
