Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate an Elwood man who was reported missing.
Joseph Competiello was last seen at his Remsen Street home on April 2 at approximately 8:30 a.m. He was reported missing by a family member at approximately 2:30 p.m. the same day.
Competiello, 55, is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds, has a shaved head, with brown eyes. It is believed he is wearing a back North Face jacket, jeans and Skechers sneakers.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on Competiello’s location to call 911 or the Second Squad at 631-854-8252.
