On October 15, 2026, members of the New York State Police Troop L Bureau of Criminal Investigation, including Computer Crime Unit (CCU), Community Stabilization Unit (CSU), and Forensic Investigation Unit (FIU), arrested Brian K. McCort, age 31 of Commack, NY, for possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material.
During the course of the investigation, investigators also discovered that McCort had an active warrant issued in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
McCort was charged with the following:
– 15 counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E Felony)
