Neraki Greek Mediterranean Grill at 273 Main Street in Huntington Village announced the restaurant’s closure on their Facebook and Instagram profiles yesterday, September 4, 2025. Our Huntington Matters team echoes the sadness and disappointment of the multitude of comments on their posts. Alex and Olga Moschos and their family have been exceptional neighbors and business owners for the last 14 years. Not only by providing Award-Winning Long Island’s Best Seafood and Mediterranean cuisine to our community, but also for their generosity and philanthropic actions over the years. The Moschos family consistently volunteered to feed members of our community for free if they were struggling. A Neraki post from January 21, 2025 in Huntington Matters Community Forum says it all: “It’s cold out. If anyone needs to warm up we would be more than happy to have you at Neraki. Just come in sit warm up and have a cup of coffee on us. All are welcome.”

After over 14 wonderful years serving the Huntington community, we are saddened to announce that Neraki will be serving its last meal on September 14th. We are truly grateful for your many years of support, and the many memories we’ve shared together. We would love to see you over these next 2 weeks to say thank you in person and to say goodbye.
