Suffolk County Police today arrested two women during a massage parlor raid in Huntington Station.
Second Precinct Investigative Unit Officers, in conjunction with the Human Trafficking Unit, the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Ordinance Inspector, conducted an investigation into Pure Co Natural Spa, located at 499 East Jericho Turnpike and arrested two employees.
Lin Jiang was charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, an E felony and Prostitution. Xiuping Chen was charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession.
The Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Code Enforcement Inspectors issued 9 combined violations at this time and are conducting a further investigation into the business.
Jiang, 55, of Flushing, and Chen, 51, of Flushing, were issued Desk Appearance Tickets and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
