Teenage Lives in a Digital World (YKG Mental Health Seminar for Girls) – FREE
This YKG Mental Health Seminar for girls focuses on the importance of using technology and social media as tools for personal growth rather than sources of isolation, negativity, or low self-esteem.
The seminar features Tiffany Ward, MHC, Wanita Nandlall, LMSW, Kate Galfano, LCSW, and Dimple Sodhi, MD, Child Adolescent Psychiatrist, as speakers.
The event is organized by Young Khalsa Girls (YKG), a nonprofit organization founded in 2012 that is dedicated to serving the community through sewa (selfless service), humility, honesty, courage, and unity, empowering young girls to lead and give back through initiatives.
YKG will be providing Community Service hours to attendees. Refreshments will be served.
