Huntington Station DRI Facade Improvement Grant Program EXTENDED till July 31
The Huntington Station Downtown Revitalization Initiative is accepting applications for Facade Improvement Grants to help revitalize commercial properties throughout the DRI district.
Business owners, nonprofit organizations, and commercial property owners within the designated Huntington Station Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) boundaries are invited to apply for Facade Improvement Grants to enhance the exterior appearance of their buildings.
Eligible improvements include painting, signage, window and door replacement, masonry work, exterior lighting, and other qualifying facade enhancements.
Grant awards range from $5,000 to $100,000. Architectural and application assistance is available. Applicants are responsible for funding the project upfront and may be reimbursed for up to 75% of eligible project costs upon completion.
Application Deadline: Friday, July 31, 2026
