It’s a fabulous blend of an activities and lifestyle expo, a health and wellness fair, and a conference, all rolled into one. Hundreds of Long Islanders will enjoy 80+ exhibitors showcasing health and wellness, finances, education, and products plus some delightful surprises! Get your hearing checked. Enjoy a chair massage or aura reading.
Over 20 classes will educate and entertain, including classes on trusts and how to stay healthy naturally. Enjoy a dance performance and a comedy show.

There will be a live acoustic music showcase with several performances, playing music from the 60’s to today.
