Suffolk County Police arrested two women during a raid at a Commack a massage parlor on September 1.
In response to community complaints, Second Precinct Crime Section Unit officers, in conjunction with the Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Ordinance Inspector, conducted an investigation into ACU Therapy, located at 283 Commack Road Suite 212, and arrested two employees.
Sirong Ke, 47, of Flushing, was charged with two counts of Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, an E felony, and two counts of Prostitution, a misdemeanor. Zhirong Cui, 54, of Flushing, was charged with
Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution.
The Town of Huntington Fire Marshal and Ordinance Inspector issued several violations and are conducting a further investigation into the business.
They were both issued Desk Appearance Tickets and will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
