Suffolk County Police today arrested a man for sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl he met on social media.
Special Victims Section detectives received a tip that a 12-year-old girl had been sexually abused by a man she met on social media. Following an investigation, it was determined Jonathan Pak sexually abused the girl in a van in a parking lot on Crooked Hill Road in Commack in December 2025. Pak used Snapchat under the username “loudesttwhisper” where he also goes by Jason to contact the victim.
Pak, 33, of 40 Kurt Lane, Hauppauge, turned himself in at the Fourth Precinct and was charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned this morning at First District Court in Central Islip.

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
