The Dangers of Fentanyl Workshop and Naloxone (Narcan) Training! It’s crucial in today’s world to educate yourself on the dangers posed by this potent opioid. Fentanyl overdoses have become alarmingly common, and understanding its risks can save lives.
The Suffolk County District Attorney is hosting this extremely important workshop along with The Kenneth Peters Center for Recovery and the Northport East Northport Drug and Alcohol Task Force where you will learn the science behind fentanyl, its effects and prevalence and how to recognize and respond to an overdose.
Naxolone Training will be provided for all who attend.
