The Hospital Bus will be on site for screenings that include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure, simple blood test for cholesterol, and diabetes.
Appropriate patient education and referrals, as needed, will be given for clients above the age of 18.
No appointment or registration necessary. FREE FLU SHOTS.
