Come out and enjoy the piano music of Lewis Porter: Pianist, keyboardist, composer, and educator, Lewis received a Grammy nomination in 1995. He has performed across the USA and Europe with Joe Lovano, Wycliffe Gordon, Ravi Coltrane, Ribot, and many others. As a jazz historian, you might have caught him in the acclaimed documentary “Chasing Trane”. Lewis will perform solo piano and lead a conversation about what this thing is that we call “Jazz”.
