Halesite Fire Department September 11th Ceremony

We invite you to join us for a solemn ceremony at our firehouse next Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 to honor the memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as well as the brave individuals who have passed away due to illnesses related to that tragic day.

The ceremony will be held in front of our firehouse at our dedicated 9/11 memorial. This event serves as a poignant moment of reflection and remembrance for the heroes and victims of that fateful day. In addition to honoring those we have lost, this gathering provides an important opportunity to educate and engage with those who did not witness firsthand this pivotal moment in history. It is our hope that by sharing our stories and experiences, we can foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of the events of September 11th and the enduring impact they have had on our lives and our nation.
