About Crepes & Bake: My grandmother used to make paper thin crepes and blintzes when i was a little boy. She filled them with a variety of cheeses and meats or just plain sugar and cinnamon.    After i got married, my wife and i decided to open a casual European Creperie in Huntington. We always loved the town and when the opportunity came we jumped on it finally opening  “Village Creperie Cafe ” in Huntington Village on December 1,2004.  After an amazing thirteen years, we decided to sell our Creperie and  build our food truck.
