After a successful debut last year, we’re serving up delicious fun this summer with more dates, extended hours, and special collaborations all season long. Come for the food, stay for the art – FREE ADMISSION, and experience summer Fridays like never before!

August 1st 2020 we opened our first storefront and in 2022 a food truck.Fast Forward to present day- we are operating our food truck all across the island where I get to work with another one of my best friends Keri (as well as many other great employees). And we now have a great team and expanded menu at our new cafe in Melville called The Stuffed American (formerly The Hidden Gem).
