Fall Muster Day At the Arsenal – The year is 1775!
The Order of the Ancient and Honorable Huntington Militia encamps at its Headquarters, The Arsenal – off Huntington’s Village Green! There will be musket drills and firings. There will be canon drills and firings.
BOTH THROUGHOUT THE DAY!
Colonial trades will be demonstrated and the tradesman and tradeswomen will be offering their work for sale.
A year in turmoil in all of the colonies! The port of Boston has been closed by the British and a Second Continental Congress, sitting in Philadelphia, has sent American troops to aide the people of Boston!
There will be children’s practice musket drills! This event is FREE!
