Get a head start on your college journey with Project Excel! Join us for a special trip to Hofstra University
The Huntington Youth Bureau’s Project Excel program is holding a free college exploration trip to Hofstra University. This trip is designed to provide high school students with valuable exposure to a university environment, reinforcing their academic and career aspirations. By touring the campus, students will be able to visualize their potential future and engage with resources that can help them through the college application process. This opportunity is part of our commitment to helping local youth develop the personal, social, and academic competencies they need for success.
Drop off at 8:00am for a group breakfast provided by Huntington Youth Court. Youth can meet in the Huntington Youth Court Meeting Room on the 2nd floor. We will be leaving for the trip no later than 8:45am to make the 10:00am information session at Hofstra University.
Please bring water/snacks. A pizza lunch will be provided at the end of the trip. (If you do not wish to eat pizza, please bring a bagged lunch)
