Did you know that 3 out of 4 car seats are used incorrectly? Could yours be one of them? EAC’s Certified Technicians and the Suffolk County Police Department will be on-site to inspect car seats and provide parents with essential information about child passenger safety at a free event.
As a reminder, effective November 1st, 2019, New York State law requires all children under the age of 2 to ride in a rear-facing car seat. This program is funded by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration with a grant from the New York State Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee.
