An Evening of Enlightenment on Ovarian Health presented by Suffolk County Department of Health Services.
Healthcare professionals will share tips on how to advocate for yourself in healthcare, the risks, signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer, and information about clinical trials. Various local health organizations will offer support.
Three women will discuss being diagnosed with ovarian cancer at different stages of their life.
Refreshments will be served.
