The Centurion Car Cruiser’s along with The Police Surgeon’s Benevolent Association will be sponsoring a judged car Show.
This show that we do annually is to raise money for – and given directly to – the survivors and families of Members of the area Police Departments who have the made Ultimate Sacrifice. This year, thank God, we did not have a LODD, but someone who was severely injured, and is still trying to recover.
This year we will be helping out Suffolk County Police Officer Brendan Gallagher. Brendan was in a collision with some miscreants who were racing another idiot on the Long Island Expressway. The collision sent Brendan off the road….It took over an hour to cut him out of his Police Vehicle. He is still undergoing advanced treatment for his injuries and his family has incurred a financial situation in regards. Please come out and support the cause, even if you do not have a car.
