MELVILLE, NY – Issued May 9, 2026
Suffolk County Police cited the owner of a Melville night club during an SLA Inspection on Friday, May 8, 2026.
In response to a community complaint, Second Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with Human Trafficking Unit, New York State Liquor Authority, Town of Huntington Fire Marshal, and Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector, conducted an SLA Inspection at Gossip Night Club, located at 602 Broad Hollow Road, at 11:35 p.m.
The owner, Brian Rosenberg, 61, of 320 Endo Blvd., Unit 2, Garden City, was issued five ABC Law violations. The Town of Huntington Fire Marshal issued seven Fire Code Violations to the establishment. The SLA observed several violations and will be conducting a further investigation into the establishment.
The arrestee is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on May 29.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
