27. 2026-436 AUTHORIZE the execution of an interim settlement agreement with the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA).

36. 2026-445 SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING: To consider awarding a license agreement for community or educational proposals for the utilization of the house, buildings and Manor Farm Park located at 210 Manor Road, Huntington.

38. 2026-447 SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING: To consider special use permit application #MTCO-25-2, The Cornerstone Melville, to allow the development of a mixed-use property located on the north side of Baylis Road, east of Maxess Road, Melville, SCTM#0400-268-02-018
