HUNTINGTON, NY – May 17, 2026
The sun was shining, temperatures climbed to a hot 87 degrees, and Mill Dam Park was packed with people enjoying the annual Greater Huntington Waterfront Festival.
Despite challenging parking, festivalgoers were rewarded with a full day of food, music, shopping, and waterfront fun. Food trucks lined the entrance offering everything from ice cream to lobster rolls, with plenty of options in between.
Live music played throughout the day as visitors explored rows of vendors featuring handmade crafts, clothing, birdhouses, suncatchers, sea glass creations, dog leashes and collars, and many other unique items. Boats and marine equipment were also on display, while informational booths shared resources about the boating community, water excursions, and local nonprofits along with plenty of giveaways and “swag.”
The annual festival once again proved to be a great success and a favorite community tradition. If you missed it this year, be sure to add the Greater Huntington Waterfront Festival to your calendar next year.
